Microsoft founder Bill Gates will join fellow elitists for the first time at the 2010 Bilderberg conference currently taking place in Sitges Spain, after he apparently attempted to pull a bait and switch by pretending to attend another event before being forced to admit to journalists that he will give a speech at the globalist confab.
Gates let slip that he would make his debut at Bilderberg after being asked by journalists from 20 Minutos, a free Spanish newspaper which is published daily in numerous Spanish cities as well as others around the world.
According to the report, Gates told reporters, “I’m one of those who will be present,” adding that he will take part in a debate with fellow globalists on the subjects of “energy and the needs of the poorest,” as well as climate change, renewable energy and the economic crisis.
Indicating that he will also give a speech to the Bilderberg elitists, Gates said, “I hope not to bore.”
It appears as though Gates initially tried to throw reporters off the scent by claiming he was in Barcelona to attend a Global Health Institute conference which was then mysteriously “cancelled”.

Gates’ presence at the elite confab was also confirmed by the German news agency DPA.
The Spanish report also confirms that Spain’s Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero will attend the conference this afternoon, where he will be joined by Queen Beatrix of Holland, ECB Chairman Jean Claude Trichet as well as former U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
Rumsfeld has sporadically attended Bilderberg meetings in the past but he is not a regular visitor to the annual gatherings. For Gates, this is his first time at the conference although his wife Melinda is a regular attendee.
Both Gates and Rumsfeld’s presence at this year’s event indicates that some very important developments are set to unfold over the course of the next 12 months, particularly with regard to Iran as well as the global warming agenda, which has been on the ropes since the Climategate scandal and the failed Copenhagen summit in December.
Gates’ Bilderberg presentation will also likely include information about his eugenicist projects to lower global population figures.
During a recent TED conference, an organization which is sponsored by one of the largest toxic waste polluters on the planet, Gates told the audience that vaccines need to be used to reduce world population figures in order to solve global warming and lower CO2 emissions to almost zero.
Stating that the global population was heading towards 9 billion, Gates said, “If we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services (abortion), we could lower that by perhaps 10 or 15 per cent.”

Quite how an improvement in health care and vaccines that supposedly save lives would lead to a lowering in global population is an oxymoron, unless Gates is referring to vaccines that sterilize people, which is precisely the same method advocated in White House science advisor John P. Holdren’s 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which calls for a dictatorial “planetary regime” to enforce draconian measures of population reduction via all manner of oppressive techniques, including sterilization.
Gates’ eugenicist zeal is shared by his fellow Bilderberg elitists, many of whom have advocated draconian policies of population control in their own public speeches and writings. Indeed, the Rockefeller family funded eugenics research in Germany through the Kaiser-Wilhelm Institutes in Berlin and Munich. The Rockefeller Foundation praised Hitler’s sterilization program in Nazi Germany. David Rockefeller attended the first Bilderberg meeting in 1954 and is now the head of Bilderberg’s “steering committee”.
A joint World Health Organization-Rockefeller inoculation program against tetanus in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines in the early 1990’s was in fact a covert trial on using vaccines to medically abort women’s babies.
“Comite Pro Vida de Mexico, a Roman Catholic lay organization, became suspicious of the motives behind the WHO program and decided to test numerous vials of the vaccine and found them to contain human Chorionic Gonadotrophin, or hCG,” writes historian F. William Engdahl in his article, Bill Gates And Neo-Eugenics: Vaccines To Reduce Population. “That was a curious component for a vaccine designed to protect people against lock-jaw arising from infection with rusty nail wounds or other contact with certain bacteria found in soil. The tetanus disease was indeed, also rather rare. It was also curious because hCG was a natural hormone needed to maintain a pregnancy. However, when combined with a tetanus toxoid carrier, it stimulated formation of antibodies against hCG, rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy, a form of concealed abortion. Similar reports of vaccines laced with hCG hormones came from the Philippines and Nicaragua.”
Gates recently announced that he would be funding a sterilization program that would use sharp blasts of ultrasound directed against a man’s scrotum to render him infertile for six months. “The foundation has funded a new “sweat-triggered vaccine delivery” program based on nanoparticles penetrating human skin. The technology is described as a way to “…develop nanoparticles that penetrate the skin through hair follicles and burst upon contact with human sweat to release vaccines,” writes health researcher Mike Adams.
Gates is likely to be asked by other Bilderbergers how to get the global warming carbon tax agenda back on track after a drastic plummet in the credibility of climate change alarmists since the Climategate scandal broke.
Part of Bilderberg’s agenda to usher in a “post-industrial revolution” revolves around mandating western countries to adopt disastrous “green economy” initiatives, which as Spain has painfully experienced at first hand, cost over 2.2 jobs for every “green” job created.
The carbon tax agenda is also about enforcing a consumption tax which will drastically reduce living standards and leave people more concerned about feeding their families with little time to worry about Bilderberg’s undemocratic scheming, something the Bilderberg hierarchy are keen to oversee in an effort to squash the growing global awareness of Bilderberg and the new world order, because they view “people with income” as “a threat” to their plans for world government.

An email someday in the middle of 2008 bear a post-scriptum as follows: “P.S. Any cause is a lost cause without a reduction in population.” What did he possibly mean with that phrase? At first
sight that phrase seem quite logical, but if you ponder a bit further then you may know that the writer feel compelled to think that a reduction in population is a solution to a number of problems
including perhaps economics, environment and perhaps global warming.
While that sounds a bit too much to assert that environment problems and global warming can be attributed to human population, a number of reputable scientist and not less than bill gates seem to
think the same,[8] that is that reducing population can be a good solution of the problem of CO2 emission. His argument is that CO2 emitted by human being is the primary culprit of unwanted heating
of the globe, therefore his argument is continued with reasoning that for reducing such an unwanted heating, then human CO2 emissions should be drastically reduced, and for doing so: then human
population should be reduced systematically. His formula, as he explained in February 2010 in a public speech, can be simplified as follows:

CO2 = P x S x E x C

Where CO2, P, S, E, C each represent projected totally humanly-emitted carbondioxide, population number, average number of services per person, and the average amount of energy units per service,
and the average CO2 emitted load per unit of service per year, respectively.

And what about his method? Now that seem not too surprising, given that he has been quite active to support vaccination via his charitable foundation. Of course, that would not mean that he want to
do reduce present population with vaccination, what he aims to do is to reduce the growth rate of world population.

Nonetheless, one should remember that this bill gates’ speech apparently is an echo of a number of other similar announcement by a number of group of scientist and other high-profile elites called
bilderberg group. [1][2] Some of them do not need to emphasize the human carbondioxide emission problem which is arguable, but they would emphasize the earth’s carrying capacity, a new terminology
which was promoted for the first time by the club of rome. The club of rome itself is another elite and clandestine group, just like bilderberg group, which support a study in 1970s which is quite
well-known by the title: Limits to growth.[3] The study is based on finite earth hypothesis, and its primary argument is more or less as follows: as energy and other resources continue to be more
scarce in 21th century, then at a point there would be real problem imposed by human population, which need to be addressed drastically. Limits to growth give a hundred year projection based on
their model called World3, then they conclude that such a simulation give projection that unless the world take drastic measure, then before one hundred year from 1970s, human beings will find
great problems.[4] Since then there are increasing movement towards addressing human population in drastic measure.
For some of you who think in the same line of thinking, and think that such a drastic measure is indeed required, you should know that such a line of thinking is called malthusian programme, which
is a term for people who think in line with malthus, that human population will increase exceeding the natural resources available, and that would impose a crisis. The problem is that malthus and
his proponents including bertrand russell, huxley[5] and others suggest that one can think that such a radical measure to avoid that crisis is to make a number of population reducing measure which
are human-made, and that is to reduce human population systematically.

And for those of you who do not think that Limits to growth and club of rome work based on malthusian selection, you should know that in 1974, that is more or less about the time of release of the
Limits to Growth report, there is a hidden guide to foreign affairs ministry of usa, which guide is known as NSSM 200 or Kissinger’s report.[6] The guide was given classified status until 2000. And
if you read through the guide, then you may know that such an argument is in tune with the hidden message of limits to growth. A reasonable guess is that such a similarity is not merely a
coincidence. And perhaps more surprise, the title ‘limits to growth’ is also in tune with Robert Anderson’s ideology which he promoted using aspen institute. [7]
Some of you would argue then that supporting depopulation program is not the same with terminating present population, because the measure actually is vaccination or other measures intended to
reduce population growth rate. But for you to know that among those elite groups, there are plan to take both drastic measures, i.e. reduce growth rate of population to zero growth (negative
checks), and also to reduce present population drastically (positive checks). But of course they will not tell you the second plan. Only a number of scientist dare to admit that their assumption is
based on argument that human beings are not more than bacteria, therefore if some people say that human carbondioxide emission is causing heating of earth, then following such a cruel argument will
somehow make terminating a large amount of people sounds like terminating bacteria. That is why a number scientist is reported to tell a number of audience sometime ago that reducing 90% of
population is possible with ebola. Now you see, that bill gates is not far away from other proponents of malthusian selection.[8]

And that is exactly what the club of rome is all about, they want you to believe that to avoid crises in the future (quite long term, that is one hundred year), then you should agree with them that
so many man-built crises should be put into effect in order to reduce human population. Such a view is supported by a number of elite groups such as bilderberg, club of rome, committee of 300, and
perhaps numerous other pseudo-environmentalist movement who actually only want to follow malthusian or neo-malthusian programs.[9] For those of you who want to know more what is malthusian
argument, see for example [12].
Some nationalistic people hold the view that depopulation quite makes sense for the sake of national security, but you should know that it is only another hoax crafted by the same elite groups who
actually only want to make profitable trading for war in the name of national security.[11] And you should know that those people do not care if the victims of their depopulation program is their
own citizens.
A number of scientists including Christian scientists in developing countries seem to agree with such a proposition brought by club of rome. That is why rarely you hear that there should be
alternative arguments, that is how to solve energy and other resources depletion without having to terminate so many people. And you do not have to cook up a crackpot argument such as human
carbondioxide emissions, which seem a bit too fantastic.

While solving natural resources depletion remain an open problem, one perhaps can recall that no matter what happen, reducing 90% human population in the name of human-beings survival in this
planet is not a legitimate policy. And that is the essence of message of Pope John Paul II not so long time ago:
"The common outcry, which is justly made on behalf of human rights - for example, the right to health, to home, to work, to family, to culture - is false and illusory if the right to life, the most
basic and fundamental right and the condition for all other personal rights, is not defended with maximum determination."[10]
Some of you who manage to have a healthy sense should do quick actions to expose or to stop those hoax talk and conference speech by pseudo-environmentalist agents who actually only want you to
agree with them that such a drastic population reduction up to 90% of world population is good for all human-beings in this earth, because that view is ridiculously cruel. While family planning may
be understandable for over-populated nations, planning to reduce population drastically especially population of foreign countries (or ‘positive checks’ in malthusian terminology), should be
stopped.
Some of you will find that those elite groups are too powerful, and they plan to make real effects of their malthusian plan right now in 2010, that is why you need to repent and receive Me, Jesus
Christ, quickly quickly quickly quickly quickly today. And then do your best to speak about Me, Jesus Christ, to all your family and friends.

The crackdown on foreign missionaries under way since the collapse of the Soviet Union has worsened since Russian President Vladimir Putin came to power, a series of new reports reveals.
The reports from Britain’s prestigious Keston Institute, which are based on several months' research throughout Russia, suggest that a decline in freedoms for religious minorities has accelerated
sharply under Putin, a practicing Orthodox Christian and former KGB agent.

According to the Keston Institute, the FSB – the Russian security agency that replaced the brutal KGB – is harassing missionaries by obstructing them from carrying out their work and even driving
them out of the country, possibly because under a new defense doctrine signed by President Putin in December they are viewed as a potential threat to the national security.

The report, one of a series by the Oxford-based institute that has been monitoring the state of religious freedom in Russia since the Cold War, cites a number of incidents that reveal the extent of
Russia’s hostility to foreign missionaries.

According to Britain’s Times newspaper, the institute cited such cases as the expulsion of 11 American missionaries from the autonomous Muslim republic of Bashkortostan. The missionaries were
accused of activities "incompatible" with their humanitarian aid visas.

The seven Protestant missionaries, along with four children, were reportedly ordered to leave by June 1 after the republic’s President Rakhimov was infuriated when he learned the missionaries had
translated St. Luke's Gospel into the Bashkiri language.

The group's leader, who, like many missionaries, did not want to be named, accused Mr. Rakhimov of using the FSB "as his police force, to intimidate people into submission."

The missionaries were warned that "proselytism, or forcible conversion" was illegal.

In another instance of harassment, a U.S. missionary was expelled from the southern city of Volgograd. A local newspaper quoted the FSB as saying, "Practically all American religious organizations
working abroad are in some way connected with the U.S. security services."

Observers note that this is exactly the line taken by the old Soviet state, which viewed all missionaries as spies and, in 1998, even denounced the Keston Institute as a cover for Western
intelligence agencies.

In February, a letter two officials attached to the presidential administration sent to Russia's State Committee on Affairs of the North warned that the United States plans on "wresting away from
Russia all of the Far East." They cited "the religious invasion of a huge number of American Protestant preachers " as being part of the alleged plot.

A little-noticed aspect of the new defense doctrine was its mention of such religious minorities "as a potential threat to Russia in terms we have not seen in public documents since the end of
communism," Lawrence Uzzell, the director of the Keston Institute, told the Times

"It may be that we're seeing a darkening of the atmosphere under this regime," Mr. Uzzell added. "The National Security Concept is not an instruction, but it seems to have been a signal to local
bureaucrats that it's now open season on religious minorities."

The official policy echoes the attitude of the Russian Orthodox Church, which has a centuries-long history of hostility to Western Christianity, even though it has not been directly linked to the
new wave of persecution.

"We do not welcome American missionaries because they do proselytizing work," a spokesman for the Russian Orthodox church said. "We cannot have a common mission and we don't agree with theirs."

Free, unlimited electric power from the salty sea may soon replace gas, diesel engines in marine use. Ralph E. McCabe, designer and patentee of a practical, new salt water battery, does not claim
to be the first to conceive the notion of extracting electric current from the ocean brine. He does claim to be the first to produce a seagoing wet cell that will pull enough juice from Davy Jones'
locker to run a boat and haul a payload! McCabe's battery is the result of no sudden stroke of genius. Since he first latched on to the basic idea back in 1948, he has slowly and painfully
developed it to its present state of efficiency. During that time no less than 36 model boats have been built and tested at various points in the Atlantic, Pacific and the Gulf of Mexico. His
latest models, Mamie and the Eighth Wonder of the World, are each 21 in. long with a 4-1/2 in. beam and they weigh 2-1/2 and 3 lbs. respectively. Each produces a little over one volt and up to
three amperes of current, enough to drive them through the water at speeds up to five mph. This, as any boatman can tell you, is quite impressive for a working model of that size. In addition to
the propulsion motors, some of the models are fitted with electric fights, foghorns, etc., all operated from the same basic power source. The theory behind McCabe's power plant is simply that of
the familiar wet battery. The salt water of the sea acts as a conductor of the electric current flowing between a carbon-graphite positive plate and a nickel-zinc negative plate. This current
operates a D. C. electric motor which, in turn, drives the boat's propeller. The plates are corrugated or grooved to provide increased working area without increasing their overall dimensions. Some
of McCabe's earlier models stalled after a short run due to the polarization or "balancing" of the ions. Eventually this difficulty was overcome and his latest boats have ticked along steadily
until the motor brushes or armatures became dirty-a running time of five-and-a-half hours and a distance of some 20 miles. After cleaning they promptly took off again as strong as ever. With
stand-by motors and facilities for automatic changeover, there is no reason why such a power plant should not run indefinitely. McCabe has applied his boat-battery principles to a newly patented
flashlight cell which he hopes to have on the market this year. Circular in section, it embodies a grooved carbon-graphite positive rod in the center surrounded by a cylindrical, zinc negative
plate, deeply corrugated for increased area. He states that this new arrangement produces twice the amperage of the present cell of similar size and lasts twice as long. The dry cell set-up, shown
in the diagrammatic insert in the lead illustration, suggests an efficient wet battery arrangement suitable for large, seagoing freight and passenger ships. Encased in long tubes stretching fore
and aft between the longitudinal bottom members of the conventional double hull, the batteries „ would occupy the space now used for fuel-oil tanks. Subsurface intakes on either side of the bow
admit seawater to the battery tubes in a through-flow system that exhausts it from exit vents beneath the stern. The moving water, with its constant saline content, forms a perfect electrical
conductor. The current thus generated is fed into banks of storage batteries from whence it can be drawn in an even, steady supply to operate the ship's propulsive motors and auxiliaries. Such a
power plant can be controlled directly from the bridge with no engine room telegraph ' necessary. The D.C. motors are instantly reversible under full loads, eliminating heavy reversing gear and
increasing the vessel's maneuverability. Assembled in short, quickly detachable sections, the battery tubes are easily accessible for cleaning, repair or replacement of worn electrodes. Individual
pumps and gate valves, fore and aft, permit any particular battery to be closed off and drained without affecting the others. With a few extra units built in for reserve power, the ship can proceed
at normal cruising speed while repairs are completed. At the voyage's end, plates can be readily pulled and replaced without the necessity of dry-docking the ship. Similar sea-water battery

Erik Prince, the reclusive owner of the Blackwater empire, rarely gives public speeches and when he does he attempts to ban journalists from attending and forbids recording or videotaping of his
remarks. On May 5, that is exactly what Prince is trying to do when he speaks at DeVos Fieldhouse as the keynote speaker for the "Tulip Time Festival" in his hometown of Holland, Michigan. He told
the event's organizers no news reporting could be done on his speech and they consented to the ban. Journalists and media associations in Michigan are protesting this attempt to bar reporting on
his remarks.

Despite Prince's attempts to shield his speeches from public scrutiny, The Nation magazine has obtained an audio recording of a recent, private speech delivered by Prince to a friendly audience.
The speech, which Prince attempted to keep from public consumption, provides a stunning glimpse into his views and future plans and reveals details of previously undisclosed activities of
Blackwater. The people of the United States have a right to media coverage of events featuring the owner of a company that generates 90% of its revenue from the United States government.

In the speech, Prince proposed that the US government deploy armed private contractors to fight "terrorists" in Nigeria, Yemen, Somalia and Saudi Arabia, specifically to target Iranian influence.
He expressed disdain for the Geneva Convention and described Blackwater's secretive operations at four Forward Operating Bases he controls in Afghanistan. He called those fighting the US in
Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan "barbarians" who "crawled out of the sewer." Prince also revealed details of a July 2009 operation he claims Blackwater forces coordinated in Afghanistan to take down
a narcotrafficking facility, saying that Blackwater "call[ed] in multiple air strikes," blowing up the facility. Prince boasted that his forces had carried out the "largest hashish bust in
counter-narcotics history." He characterized the work of some NATO countries' forces in Afghanistan as ineffectual, suggesting that some coalition nations "should just pack it in and go home."
Prince spoke of Blackwater working in Pakistan, which appears to contradict the official, public Blackwater and US government line that Blackwater is not in Pakistan.

Prince also claimed that a Blackwater operative took down the Iraqi journalist who threw his shoes at President George W Bush in Baghdad and criticized the Secret Service for being "flat-footed."
He bragged that Blackwater forces "beat the Louisiana National Guard to the scene" during Katrina and claimed that lawsuits, "tens of millions of dollars in lawyer bills" and political attacks
prevented him from deploying a humanitarian ship that could have responded to the earthquake in Haiti or the tsunami that hit Indonesia.

Several times during the speech, Prince appeared to demean Afghans his company is training in Afghanistan, saying Blackwater had to teach them "Intro to Toilet Use" and to do jumping jacks. At the
same time, he bragged that US generals told him the Afghans Blackwater trains "are the most effective fighting force in Afghanistan." Prince also revealed that he is writing a book, scheduled to be
released this fall.

The speech was delivered January 14 at the University of Michigan in front of an audience of entrepreneurs, ROTC commanders and cadets, businesspeople and military veterans. The speech was titled
"Overcoming Adversity: Leadership at the Tip of the Spear" and was sponsored by the Young Presidents' Association (YPO), a business networking association primarily made up of corporate executives.

event's program, also obtained by The Nation. It proclaimed that Prince's speech was an "amazing don't miss opportunity from a man who has 'been there and done that' with a group of Cadets and
Midshipmen who are months away from serving on the 'tip of the spear.'" Here are some of the highlights from Erik Prince's speech:


Send the Mercs into Somalia, Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria

Prince painted a global picture in which Iran is "at the absolute dead center... of badness." The Iranians, he said, "want that nuke so that it is again a Persian Gulf and they very much have an
attitude of when Darius ran most of the Middle East back in 1000 BC. That's very much what the Iranians are after." [NOTE: Darius of Persia actually ruled from 522 BC-486 BC]. Iran, Prince charged,
has a "master plan to stir up and organize a Shia revolt through the whole region." Prince proposed that armed private soldiers from companies like Blackwater be deployed in countries throughout
the region to target Iranian influence, specifically in Yemen, Somalia and Saudi Arabia. "The Iranians have a very sinister hand in these places," Prince said. "You're not going to solve it by
putting a lot of uniformed soldiers in all these countries. It's way too politically sensitive. The private sector can operate there with a very, very small, very light footprint." In addition to
concerns of political expediency, Prince suggested that using private contractors to conduct such operations would be cost-effective. "The overall defense budget is going to have to be cut and
they're going to look for ways, they're going to have to have ways to become more efficient," he said. "And there's a lot of ways that the private sector can operate with a much smaller, much
lighter footprint."

Prince also proposed using private armed contractors in the oil-rich African nation of Nigeria. Prince said that guerilla groups in the country are dramatically slowing oil production and
extraction and stealing oil. "There's more than a half million barrels a day stolen there, which is stolen and organized by very large criminal syndicates. There's even some evidence it's going to
fund terrorist organizations," Prince alleged. "These guerilla groups attack the pipeline, attack the pump house to knock it offline, which makes the pressure of the pipeline go soft. they cut that
pipeline and they weld in their own patch with their own valves and they back a barge up into it. Ten thousand barrels at a time, take that oil, drive that 10,000 barrels out to sea and at $80 a
barrel, that's $800,000. That's not a bad take for organized crime." Prince made no mention of the nonviolent indigenous opposition to oil extraction and pollution, nor did he mention the notorious
human rights abuses connected to multinational oil corporations in Nigeria that have sparked much of the resistance.

Blackwater and the Geneva Convention

Prince scornfully dismissed the debate on whether armed individuals working for Blackwater could be classified as "unlawful combatants" who are ineligible for protection under the Geneva
Convention. "You know, people ask me that all the time, 'Aren't you concerned that you folks aren't covered under the Geneva Convention in [operating] in the likes of Iraq or Afghanistan or
Pakistan? And I say, 'Absolutely not,' because these people, they crawled out of the sewer and they have a 1200 AD mentality. They're barbarians. They don't know where Geneva is, let alone that
there was a convention there."

It is significant that Prince mentioned his company operating in Pakistan given that Blackwater, the US government and the Pakistan government have all denied Blackwater works in Pakistan.

Prince noted several high-profile attacks on world leaders in the past year, specifically a woman pushing the Pope at Christmas mass and the attack on Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi,
saying there has been a pattern of "some pretty questionable security lately." He then proceeded to describe the feats of his Blackwater forces in protecting dignitaries and diplomats, claiming
that one of his men took down the Iraqi journalist, Muntadhar al-Zaidi, who threw his shoes at President Bush in Baghdad in December 2008. Prince referred to al-Zaidi as the "shoe bomber:"
